WHAT DOES THE SHIPPING OF MY ORDER HAVE?
Shipping costs may vary depending on the weight, the volume of your order and the geographical area.
You can see the amount in the order summary before confirming it and starting the payment process.
DELIVERY TERM
The usual delivery time ranges between 4 and 10 business days, counted from the confirmation date. In that time, your order is received in our warehouse and your order is prepared and the shipment is scheduled through transport companies.
Express orders of (1 to 3 days).
At the time of ordering, we will inform you of the estimated delivery time. If this deadline is modified for logistical reasons, you will receive an email with the new delivery dates.
GEOGRAPHIC AREAS
We only send orders to Mexico and it will depend on the time and coverage that our parcel has.
If you want to place an order from abroad, you will have to indicate a delivery address in Mexico.

HOW CAN I BILL MY ORDER?
You can only invoice your purchase the day you generated your order
At the end of your purchase you will find a form to Invoice your order.
Fill out the form and your invoice will be processed and sent to the email you have provided.
CAN I MAKE A RETURN?
Clear!
1.- As long as the product remains new, unused, in the conditions that it was originally delivered and has not suffered essential, irreparable and serious deterioration.
2.- The product is presented in its original packaging or as it has been delivered.
3.- It is within a period of 7 (seven) calendar days from the date the product was received.
4.- The product has been sent for an incorrect article, incorrect size, specifications and other substantial elements under which it has been offered.
5.- It is established that the product was purchased on the Official Yazbek site for online sale
WHAT PROCESS SHOULD I FOLLOW TO MAKE A RETURN?
Products received can only be returned once you have contacted our Yazbek customer service department at 5764 8039 by e-mail atencionaclientes@yazbek.com.mx or in the chat on the website, this request will be evaluated and later authorized.

1) Use the return form, and fill in the code that best suits the reason for your return.
2) Place the item (or items) you wish to return, including the return form, in the package where you received the order. Remember that the return form must always be attached with the product.
* Select in my account, the order number to return * Contact Customer Service, attaching your name, address and time availability, and we will organize the collection at your home. You will receive a guide that you must print. A courier will pick up the package.
3) When the package reaches our warehouse, we will send you a confirmation email.
To follow up on the return, you will be notified by email if the product complies with the return policies.

When you return a product, you agree that the refund and the way it is credited may vary according to the condition of the item. If you return a different product or in different conditions than the one we sent, we will not be able to process your credit balance in our account or refund.
WHAT SHOULD BE TAKEN INTO ACCOUNT?

CAN I CANCEL MY ORDER?
You can cancel the order at no cost if the product has not left our warehouse by notifying our Customer Service team by email.
You must have your order number at hand and in case of a partial cancellation, the details of the items to be canceled.
HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE TO RECEIVE MY REFUND?
Once the item is delivered and the return is accepted, the banking time will run for you to see your refund in the same means of payment with which you made the purchase.

Remember that we can pay your balance to a credit note for your next purchases and you can use it whenever you want.
